Registration Process
Entry forms become available immediately following each completed event and remain open until 36 hours prior to the subsequent scheduled event.
Event Schedule
Every event commences precisely at 7:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Outcome announcements are generally published within 45 minutes following event completion.
Holiday Considerations
Events may be adjusted around recognized public holidays. Any modifications will be communicated no less than 72 hours beforehand.
Special Initiatives
Additional charitable events may be organized periodically throughout the year to address particular community needs or seasonal causes.
